Without prejudice to any enforcement action that the

Authority is entitled to take in accordance with the Act and any other law which it is entitled to enforce, if an undertaking fails to pay to the Authority any amount due by or under these regulations, interest at the rate of eight percent per annum shall accrue as from the date when any such amount falls due.
