S.L. 399.46 чл. 16Access and inspection.

A licensee shall permit the Authority and any person duly authorised by the Authority to act on its behalf to inspect the licence and, or the HAREC and to have access to the apparatus for the purposes of inspection, examination and, or testing in order to ensure that the apparatus is being used in accordance with these regulations and, or with the licence:

Provided that such inspection, however so described, shall be carried out at any reasonable times:

Provided further that in cases of urgency such inspection, (AMATEUR STATION LICENCE)

however so described, may be carried out at any time.
