Every officer of a credit intermediary shall take all reasonable steps:

(a) to secure compliance by the credit intermediary with all of the provisions of these regulations or any Credit Intermediaries’ Rules issued thereunder and of its admission in terms of these regulations; and

(b) to ensure that no incorrect information is provided to the MFSA either wilfully or as the result of gross negligence.
