In furtherance to Bye-Law 5, the Council may issue two

(2) types of permits to drivers of animal-drawn carriages:

(a) a one-day permit, for the price of one hundred euro (€100) which may be issued at the discretion of the Council;

(b) a yearly permit, for the price of three hundred euro (€300) which may be issued to a maximum of twelve (12) drivers per year:

Provided that this shall apply until and unless the Council decides otherwise:

Provided further that the Council may, by resolution, amend the number of licences issued in terms of Bye-Law 6(b) from time to time, as may be necessary.
