Any commercial establishment situated within any street or public place selling beverages, shall:

(a) affix a notice in Maltese as well as in English as shown in the Schedule, which notice shall be placed in a conspicuous place and be easily legible by the patrons of such CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC PLACES 363.191 (MARSA LOCAL COUNCIL)

commercial establishment;

(b) provide a container that is made from a material other than glass, if that drink is intended to be consumed in a public place;

(c) ascertain the regular cleaning of the area within five meters of the commercial establishment and collection of glass containers together with collection of refuse from bins in the same distance.
