In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Director" means the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries and includes any officer of the department duly authorised by the Director to act on his behalf; "to keep" means to rear for the production of honey, beeswax, other subsidiary products and the pollination of fruit trees, flowers and vegetables.
