(1) Following approval of the recommendation of the Board of Examiners by Senate, students shall be provided with the final joint report on their thesis prepared by the Chair of the Board of Examiners.

(2) Students shall be allowed to use the post-nominal letters Ph.D. or M.Phil., as applicable, after the conferment of the Degree.
