S.L. 291.1 чл. 15Certificate deemed proof of own contents.

The certificate of notification shall be deemed to be proof of its own contents unless otherwise proven by any party in the proceedings and such proof provided by the contending party appears justified to the adjudicator of the Tribunal or of prima facie the Court.
