The plots are subject to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed No. 16/75/P dated 12th June 1978 in the acts of Notary F. Pellegrini, falling on part of Government property acquired by Deed No. 126/60 dated 7th May 1960 and by Deed No. 348/59/A dated the 31st of October 1959 both in the acts of Notary A. Attard. The plots are registered in the Estate Management Department records as Tenement No. 41518 and is edged in red and marked “No. 10” on plan L.D. 11_82_70. (HAP 4/2014).

This garage falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 72/98 dated 8th of April 1998 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, by Deed No. 246 dated 4th of August 1976 and by Deed No. 7/78 dated 11th January 1978 both in the acts of Notary A. Grech and is shown edged in red and marked “Garage No.:2 Property No.: 71771” on plan P.D. 159_82_11_A. (HA 254/98).
