This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 7/75 dated the 15th of January in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block F5” on plan P.D. 2013_713. (HAA 56/2013).

(24) A block, known as Block G4 consisting of six flats and one site and including a passage leading to the block and front and back gardens in Triq it-Trincetta, Mosta. The block is bounded on the West and on the South by a public passage and on the North by Triq it-Trincetta. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72367 to 72372 and the site is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 53030. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 7/75 dated the 15th of January in the acts of Notary A. (25) Two blocks, know as Block 4 and Block 7 in Vjal in Naspli and Triq il-Buganvilla, San Gwann and both blocks are shown edged in red and marked “Block 4” and “Block 7” on plan P.D. 2013_719 as follows:

(a) Block 4 consists of twenty-four flats, of which five are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, and including a passage leading to the block and front and back gardens. This block is bounded on the North by Triq il-Harrub, on the West by Vjal in-Naspli and on the East by Triq il-Buganvilla. Flats numbered 1 and 2 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65105 and 65106, flats numbered 4, 7 and 8 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65108, 65111 and 65112, flats numbered 1 to 3 Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65113 to 65115, flats numbered 5 to 8 Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65117 to 65120, flats numbered 1 to 3 Entrance C are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65121 to 65123 and flats numbered 5 to 8 Entrance C are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 65125 to 65128; and

(b) Block 7 consists of sixteen flats and fourteen garages, of which six flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice. This block is bounded on the South by Triq il-Gewza, on the East by Triq il-Fikus and on the West by Triq il-Buganvilla. Flat numbered 3 Entrance A is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 71362, flats numbered 6 to 8 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71365 to 71367, flats numbered 10 and 11 Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71369 and 71370, flats numbered 13 to 16 Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71372 to 71375, and the garages are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71801 to 71814. These blocks fall on Government property acquired by Deed No. 80/ 62 dated the 26th of May, 1962 in the acts of Notary A. Attard, by Deed No. 36/88 dated the 11th of February, 1988 in the acts of Notary V. (26) Two blocks, know as Block 11 and Block 12 in Triq il-Peprin and Triq it-Tulipani, San Gwann. Both blocks fall on Government property formerly registered as part of Tenement No. 51328 and are shown edged in red and marked “Block 11” and “Block 12” on plan P.D. 2013_752 as follows:

(a) Block 11 consists of sixteen flats, of which nine are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, and including a passage leading to the block and surrounding gardens. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq it-Tulipani, on the South-West by Triq l-Iskola and on the South-East by Triq il-Peprin. Flats numbered 2 and 3 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69923 and 69924, flats numbered 5 and 6 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69926 and 69927, flats numbered 9 Entrance B is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 69930 and flats numbered 12 and 13 Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69933 and 69934; and

(b) Block 12 consists of sixteen flats, of which seven are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, and including a passage leading to the block and surrounding gardens. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq it-Tulipani, on the North-East by Triq il-Kappella and on the South-East by Triq il-Peprin.
