Metropolis Plaza, Gzira consisting of immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
