Notwithstanding the procedures laid down in regulation

5(6), any agreement concluded between the European Union and third-

country jurisdictions whose legal frameworks have been assessed as equivalent to a qualified IIR in accordance with regulation 13, and which agreement provides for a framework for simplifying the reporting procedures laid down in such agreement, shall be applicable.
