S.L. 12.35 чл. 21The mediator becomes aware of domestic violence.

Where during mediation proceedings the mediator becomes aware of, or has reason to suspect the occurrence of domestic violence or intentional manipulation of the minor, the mediator shall immediately inform the Judge by means of a note to that effect and the provisions of regulation 20 shall apply.
