It shall not be lawful, except in accordance with a normal trade practice in Malta, for a trader or a group of traders to enter or induce another trader or traders to enter into any undertaking, agreement, contract or other instrument which in any way purports to limit, restrict or otherwise control the sale, the price and/or the conditions of sale of any commodity or commodities.
