Cap. 644 чл. 39Continuation by the Agency of matters involving the Licensing  Board. Act No. XXVII of 2024.

(1) Where anything has been commenced by, or under the authority of the Licensing Board prior to the coming into force of the Property Market Agency Act, 2024 such matter may be carried on and completed by the Agency.

(2) Where upon the coming into force of this Act any legal proceeding is pending to which the Licensing Board is a party, or is entitled to be a party, the Agency shall be substituted for the Licensing Board in such proceedings, or shall be entitled to be a party thereto.

(3) The Minister may by order make such incidental, consequential and supplemental provisions as may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of securing and giving full effect to the transfer of any right or liability to the Agency by, or under this Act and may make such orders as may be necessary to make any powers and duties exercised by the Licensing Board exercisable by the Agency.
