The Agency shall keep proper books of accounts. Such accounts shall be audited by auditors appointed by the Board with the concurrence of the Minister from among persons qualified to be appointed as auditors in accordance with the Accountancy Profession

Act. Such accounts shall moreover be subject to audit by the Auditor General.
