Cap. 446 чл. 4Appointment of probation officers.

The Minister shall appoint a sufficient number of qualified persons to be probation officers, who shall, under the general direction of the Director, perform the duties provided by this Act or such other duties as may be prescribed by regulations made under this Act, or by or under any other law.
