The Board shall have the power to summon any person to give evidence or to produce books or other documents before it, and the Chairman of the Board shall have, in regard to the summoning and examining of witnesses before the Board, the same powers as are by the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure conferred on the Civil Court, First Hall.
